Unable to fix error 0x80070424 defender

I have installed Windows 7 on my acer Laptop. I found recently and error shows as ‘0x80070424’ defender. I do not anything about the error codes in Windows since I am new to the Windows environment. Previously I used Ipad which is powered by IOS 5. I want a clear explanation about this error. What does this error code mean. Is there any way to solve this error. IF so then give the step by step procedure to overcome it. Replying quick will be appreciable.
